Customer Service Advisors – £17.5k

Our client is a successful  business who provide an expert linen hire and laundry service to independent and group restaurants in London and across the UK.

We are seeking for a bubbly, passionate and friendly Customer service staff to start as soon as possible. Previous office and hospitality experience would be beneficial.

Key Accountabilities/Outputs:
•To answer the telephone in a courteous and polite manner as per the agreed service specification
•To ensure all requests for the service are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
•Prioritisation of urgent calls and liaison over delivery
•Resolution of queries in a prompt and efficient manner and where necessary escalating
•Logging and maintenance of call records – ensuring uploaded to the system and filed efficiently
•Process incoming and outgoing mail

Key Performance Indicators/Standards of Performance:
•To achieve a 95%+ effectively with each call at the first instant
•To maintain as a minimum a 95%+ ‘Good or Very Good’ response for Customer services on all Customer satisfaction Surveys
•Ensure 100% accuracy in all data input
•Ensure all timescales for company`s policies are met i.e. complaints procedure, and exception reporting is undertaken where this is not met
•Operate a clean desk policy and ensure all paperwork is appropriately filed at the end of each day

•Excellent Verbal and written communication
•Excellent telephone manner
•Ability to work as part of a team
•Ability to work to a tight deadlines
•IT competent

Decisions Making:
•Ability to Prioritise workload
•Identification and escalation of queries as required
•Complaint resolution
